Cost to remove a Pin and welded device

I have a 14.5 upper with a P/W ASR. What would it cost to have someone remove that and put on a different device. Maybe a PW if I don't register another lower.

When I used to do them the removal cost was dependent on the time and aggravation involved. Some were off in 5 minutes while others mandated the mill. I hated undoing ones I did because I always made the pin a press fit.
