David - CS, CO feedback
It's a measure of the civility in this country that no ones seems to fear constantly pissing off the people who own lots of guns.
Apparently, some aggressive prostate cancers can come on very suddenly, but given the track record of the Dems and their MSM conspirators, it's reasonable to think this is just another coverup. Two columns in the Wall Street Journal today detailed the coverup since 2019 when Joe Biden was deemed by many medical professionals to obviously be in the early stages of Alzheimer's. So, the White House doctors can't be trusted either, regardless of who is in office.
I'm an avid reader of editorial pages, but even more important is getting a read from the letters to the editor. In there is the real pulse of public thinking. A good many WSJ readers comment that Biden's latest prostate cancer reveal is to diminish the release of Special Council Robert Hur's report on his interview with the old man and his diminished mind.
And yes, I think the people responsible for the coverup and hidden management of the presidency should be prosecuted and go to prison.
As to the health stuff, under what law would the cover-uppers be prosecuted?
There is no legal obligation for a president to disclose health matters. Criminal fraud would be very difficult to prove in court. Being charged with failure to act upon the 25th amendment by covering up the health concerns is very unlikely to result in criminal charges.
So while it is nice to imagine liars and fraudsters being locked up for the massive amount of wool they attempted to pull over everyone's eyes, prosecution and jail seems very very unlikely.
"Hidden management of the Presidency"? That is more possible to result in criminal charges, although not very likely. Forgery, fraud, obstruction and perjury are possible charges but again, very difficult to prove in court.
We know that all of the above probably occurred multiple times but proving it in court would be almost impossible.
Nailed it.
"Androgen deprivation therapy (ADT), a common treatment for prostate cancer, has been linked to potential cognitive decline. While ADT can effectively slow cancer growth, some studies suggest it may affect specific cognitive domains, particularly verbal memory, visuomotor function, attention, and executive function. Additionally, ADT has been associated with an almost two-fold increased risk of developing Alzheimer's disease (AD). "

Credit Zundfolge: The left only supports two "rights"; Buggery and Infanticide.
Credit roberth: List of things Government does best; 1. Steal your money 2. Steal your time 3. Waste the money they stole from you. 4. Waste your time making you ask permission for things you have a natural right to own. "Anyone that thinks the communists won't turn off your power for being on COAR15 is a fucking moron."
I don't think covering up his state itself is a crime. However, doing so in order to make fraudulent use of his official powers would be.
I still think there's a reasonable chance he has a "miraculous recovery" in a year or two when the autopen and other scandals die down, especially if the Democrats get control of the House. This is a perfect dodge to avoid investigation and prosecution of his misuse of office, official bribery, failure to register as a foreign agent, etc. After all, who would bother prosecuting a poor old man who probably won't live out the year?
I'm more affected by Scott Adams' revelation of HIS prostate cancer diagnosis.
