There is no legal obligation for a president to disclose health matters. Criminal fraud would be very difficult to prove in court. Being charged with failure to act upon the 25th amendment by covering up the health concerns is very unlikely to result in criminal charges.
So while it is nice to imagine liars and fraudsters being locked up for the massive amount of wool they attempted to pull over everyone's eyes, prosecution and jail seems very very unlikely.
"Hidden management of the Presidency"? That is more possible to result in criminal charges, although not very likely. Forgery, fraud, obstruction and perjury are possible charges but again, very difficult to prove in court.
We know that all of the above probably occurred multiple times but proving it in court would be almost impossible.
