To ensure I give credit where credit is due, the fact that Israel took out a considerable amount of Iran's surface-to-air defenses was helpful.

That said, there were still LOTS of surface-to-air defenses still in place. So, this Operation proved that America's investment in the B2 aircraft and the thousands of hours of training of the crews has paid off.

While China is quickly advancing their air capabilities (mostly because they continue to steal our technology), the United States has the best Air Force in the world.

Iran has been fighting America and killing Americans for nearly 50 years. Their nuclear ambitions should have been shut down 20 years ago. It's about effing time their facilities were taken out. Perhaps the region will stabilize a little with the threat of a nuclear Iran removed.

It is most certainly our war as Iran was almost guaranteed to set off a nuke in someplace like Times Square once they had one. Iran and Nork are the 2 main countries you do not want having nukes as they are so bug nuts crazy as to be certain they will use them with no provocation what so ever.

what an incredible feat. Flying non-stop 36-37 hours took some incredible planning and logistics that are hard to imagine. Once again showing the true strength of the US military.

I couldn't care less if it had made Dementia Joe look good. The bottom line is Iran had to be removed from the possibility of becoming a nuclear weapon nation.

As WETWRKS said, both Iran and North Korea are 100% bat shit crazy and would use a nuclear weapon against the United States or anyone else they wanted to just "because".

Additionally, both Iran and North Korea have a hugely inflated ego whereas they believe they have at seat at the "adults table" as equals. They are not, but that doesn't stop either one of them from crawling under the table and trying to tie everyone's shoe laces together. They are petulant children who will never be taken seriously so long as they continue with their shenanigans. Sometimes, the children need to be reminded of their place until they can start acting like adults.

Our actions this weekend make the world a safer place for everyone, especially us (U.S.).
