Colorado SB25-034. I know this should be in the Legislation & Politics forum but, I just wonder if someone can explain how this would be used. What am I missing?
Law goes into effect 8-5-25.

I figured the Dems would have made it something automatically applied to all and that you would have to request to OPT OUT after taking some classes and paying a bunch of fees!!!!
