    It'll be dismissed for lack of standing most likely, otherwise dismissed for whatever creative reason a judge wants to take.

    At the core, they'll use ANY excuse to get something off their docket ASAP, saves them personal effort.

    Also It'll never go to a jury trial, it'll be disposed of via Rule 12(b) or otherwise summary judgment in any event.


    But, they'll make some good donation $ in the meantime. Nearly free PR.
