Exactly. Tampering, maybe, depending on if anything was damaged. The First Amend covers a pretty wide range of disgusting speech.

I realize many of you have a sense of humor and some of you don't.
We've been thru this (sortta) before:

Neo Nazis typically take great pride in their swastikas.

That was thin, sloppy, asymmetrical... but at least it wasn't on its corner or backwards so it probably wasn't Leftists (who make the majority of swastikas nowadays, then screech they were "targeted").

I bet it was a couple of 16 year old boys being "edgy."

I'm much more a constitutionalist than I am a person that needs to squish everybody I disagree with. It shouldn't be there, as it's certain they didn't have permission to put it there. It needs removed. Someone also can't put up a massive ad that is unregulated.

But if some Neo wants to paint a massive symbol on the side of his house, well, it's a free country.
I'm not going to stand in the way of the people they piss off, either, actions have consequences. I just don't want to be like Germany (all such symbols banned) or Britan (don't hurt feelings).
We do agree on some things....
