"I am a conservative. Quite possibly I am on the losing side; often I think so. Yet, out of a curious perversity I had rather lose with Socrates, let us say, than win with Lenin."

Fear mongering isn't leadership. And creating "solutions" to problems that you created is insulting and only ignorant people would accept that as productive.
I wouldn't have to worry about bankruptcy if I wasn't being TAXED TO DEATH here.
I wouldn't have to worry about health care if the system wasn't being destroyed by our "new citizens" dragging it down.
I wouldn't have to worry about jobs and wages if the State wasn't arbitrarily driving industries they dont like away.
I would love to live in peace with my neighbors, and for the most part do, but not the ones who hate me, want me dead, talk endless shit about me and are happy if not excited when my leaders are murdered.

    Go Vote, it's election day!
Agree to vote. The rest is your perspective, everyone has different circumstances, and luck, and neighbors. Just sharing information for people to weigh.

For MOST people, retirement income is roughly the same wherever you are in the country. It is cost of living that varies. Some people are fortunate to have insurance or the thousands-of-dollars a month in care insurance, or to have planned ahead for medicaid. Most people are not so fortunate. Many just ostrich it and think if they never consider it it can't happen. Then they're living out of their car somewhere at 75 after oncology appointments :/

I simply shared information because for those people, moving might have more considerations that what political flag is in a neighbors yard, retaining their home is pretty important, too. And again... exemptions don't have much to do with bankruptcy or taxes.

You'll note I didn't say "stay in Colorado" either. I explained what to check and verify.

Sidebar: (most_) People should absolutely do medicaid estate planning, lookback is 5 years. If you're starting to get quite old and sick, it's too late.
