Griswold to Feds- Take a Hike

Well, Jena Griswold is Marxist scum who has no interest in representing all Coloradoans. I hope she gets run over by a bus. But any move to get Tina Peters into federal custody so that she can be pardoned and released from prison is stupid and unethical beyond belief. So, BP Tactical, I'm with FoxtArt 100% on this.

Tina Peters is dumb as a rock, an arrogant crook who was appointed to a job she was unqualified for, who under cover of darkness broke into voter data in an attempt to prove something was askew with software she had no ability to understand, then transported it across state lines to others even less qualified, then denied she was responsible to a point where she cost Mesa County taxpayers, overwhelming conservative taxpayers, over $19 million in investigation and court costs. I don't know who is behind the move to have her moved to fed, probably only her attorney backed by the dumbest of dumb contributors.

Tina Peters got off easy with a 9 year prison sentence. Those of us who live in Mesa County read and watched every day the news of this pathetic crook attempting to pander to the MAGA contingent might have a little more insight. Tina Peters is a liar, a fraud and a crook who stole from all of us. As far as I'm concerned, she should have gotten 19 years and deserves to die in prison.

Yea, so, as FoxtArt said, fuck that bitch.

So she transported it across state lines ?

That makes it Federal and not state.

In her lawyers letter to DJT there were some interesting points.
1. There has never been a court decision if a president can pardon state level crimes.
2. They brought up as an election secretary she is responsible for maintaining federal election records for 22 months. Her defense is Griswold and Dominion were trying to delete them so she made a legal copy per federal law
3. The judge didn’t allow her a defense
4. There was an biased juror IIRC
5. detective said no crime but then colluded with Griswold to find one.

The letter is interesting. Not saying valid or invalid.



A general comment Griswold will be looked at by DOJ. If she isn’t clean in all this Club Fed will be her next stop.

All ya'll can agree or disagree with me all ya want, but here's my opinion on Griswold: She's dirty as hell, along with most of the CO political establishment. So dirty that she makes a pigpen hog look like it's just come from a day at the salon. Money & power and anything that gets in the way of that gets trampled. Say what you want about Tina Peters, but I think a lot of the evidence used against her was fabricated and backed up by like-minded state power-brokers. I do think Tina Peters true story is somewhere in between what was said in court and what's being said by her supporters now (so, no, I'm not claiming Ms. Peters is clean either) - which is why Griswold refuses to turn over CO state voting information - it'll bury her and her cronies.

Griswold, Polis, and most every bureaucrat and state elected office holder don't give a damn about you or me. They just want to hold onto the power so they can continue to line their pockets and treat people like you and me like serfs.

The Trump DOJ has shown an increased interest in CO politicians and practices. I don't see anything actually coming out of it, but I'd love to see the Trump administration steamroll Griswold and others in the state who continue to put the citizens of the WHOLE state last. It' just be nice to see these people getting bend over while reaching for the soap for once.
