    oh no no no, you got it all wrong. If anything, we need to have safe houses where the druggies can go and safely do their drugs and if they overdose, someone is Johnny on the spot with Narcan to save them.
    Laws aren't "preventable" measures. IOW, more gun laws won't stop mass shootings.
