    Change of ownership requires a new stamp. It’s coming out of an LLC (current ownership entity) to an individual (new ownership entity). doesn’t matter if you are both the seller and buyer, government sees a change of ownership and that requires a stamp.

    The good news is that it sounds like you should just be able to eFile for the new stamp for free and go on with your life while you wait for the approval.
