Great looking beast, best family a family can have. Condolences.

My condolences, saying goodbye to a loyal family member sucks.

It's a measure of the civility in this country that no ones seems to fear constantly pissing off the people who own lots of guns.

    Thanks, everyone.
Ripper, I have trained many dogs and used all kinds of methods. I used this guy's videos https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6ONdkA4_xAc. If you're looking for a family dog, put the time in and use this method. I also used a correction collar and pinned quail when training to bird hunt in the field. A GSD is only good for half the time as a true bird dog, and likes to play too much, but was great with no other dogs in the field. Remember, if you are looking for a bite dog, if it is not from a long line of bite dogs, it takes time to train that into them. You can ask anyone that Gabby was the sweetest GSD they knew, but she would rip your head off if commanded to.
Enjoy your Land Shark, man, do I remember that, and will enjoy it again in the spring of next year.

Thanks She has grown up a bunch since that last picture.. She is quite the lady for sure. very good at alerting us if someone is near the house. friendly as hell to folks once we tell her it OK. she owns the couch of course and is turning into a real cuddlebug (we are thrilled)
