They definately interest me..
These Incident Command Courses (ICS) courses are designed for responders involved in federal level event. All responders LE, Fire, EMS, Public Works, etc must takes these courses if they will have their hand in an event that becomes a federal declared disaster.

IS100 and IS700 Intro to ICS and Intro to NIMS are mandatory for all responders
IS200 is for those that will be used as a single resource
IS800 is the National Response Plan - this class is a brain drain and goes through all the process that go on during a disaster

The other classes there are good for general info

Unless you work for a local, state, or federal agency or volunteer for one these are probably not necessary, however they are free and pretty easy to get through so there really is no harm.
