I have my ac compressor unit outside but ABOVE MY FURNACE is the chiller/radiator and its of course enclosed. This summer I noticed rusty water dripping out of it and down the side of my furnace. I suspect the drain tube is clogged possibly with mice bringing insulation into it. It maybe getting too cold? Anyway, I would like to know what's up with it and if it can be corrected. The room it's in is tight, maybe 4ft by 3 feet and it has furnace, chiller, hot water heater and eltro-static filter. Is this something you might be interested in? I live near Bandimere/Red Rocks. P.m. me if this is something you might want to look at.

Seeing lots of service calls related to lack of maintenance... Get them checked at least every 2 years... Filters at least every 3 months.

    +1 for Bryan.

I had a leak in my AC system. He found it, fixed it and I have AC. Thank you.

Thanks for stopping by and confirming it's NOT the HVAC.

A/C season is starting to ramp up. Had a bunch of A/C installs this week. I recommend getting them fixed or replaced before us HVAC guys get busy in the summer.

Figured I would drop some notes on Valley Heating and Air.

The place I work at was in need of some HVAC work. The guy they were currently using was a constant no show/no answer type of person. I told them I knew someone that would be there any time we need them to and they gave me the green light to get someone new. I called Bryan, he put us on the books, showed up on time and did an outstanding job. Everything from little filter changes/tune up's, to installing (4) new shop heaters.

    +1 Highly recommended.

+1 for Valley and Bryan. I called this Tues PM and someone was here Thurs AM. I expected to be sweating a lot longer than basically a day. Only complaint was that another technician was sent instead of Bryan :-). I was looking forward to meeting another board member but can't complain with the quick and professional response!
