Just got this recently... but I am already enjoying it.

Put about 200 rounds through it - most at the recent Appleseed shoot...
Got it dialed in to dime sized groups...
Would like to find a compensator for it... ideas?

HEY! That gun looks familiar. The guy you bought it from ran a Tac65. Although I think he would have gone thunderbeast or swr spectre if done again so as to be able to run it on magnum guns. The spectre is my favorite, nice because of disassembly ability also.

I think mine would be my Remington 541X. I picked it up new in the box (surplus) from the CMP back in the late '90's. It's a lot of fun. Although, my Ruger MkII S/S Competition model with all Volquartsen guts is another possibility. I shoot it every week from October until April for Winter League Bullseye competition.

This pistol is awesome! maybe not as rugged as a ruger or browning but this one hasn't had an issue yet!

Thanks for posting it up. I think I've read about the Trailside a bunch in the past, but don't think I've ever actually seen one.

What do you mean by not as rugged? I have never held one of these.
