From my understanding no you can not! there used to be a place up there where you could from my understanding shoot, but there was a accident last year i think and the rangers have closed the place where they allowed the public to shoot.

others may add to my post as i am not 100 percent sure! just from what i have read up there and know personally! also it is normally to busy up there too many people riding in my opinion!
