Default which shtf are you preparing for?

Just wondering what the general opinion is about which event you think is most likely.

Short term natural disaster, like snowstorm that cuts power for weeks
    Nukes/terrorist attacks
    economic meltdown/dollar collapse
global cooking, er, I mean warming, er, I mean climate change.
    Govt. clampdown on civilians
    meteor strike
    aliens from outer space attack
Plague that wipes out large number of people

I'm going to go with economic problems, maybe a collapse of the dollar down the road.

Anything and everything I can think of except hurricanes and tsunamis. Oh, and subterranian crab people. I don't think there's any of those either.

I'm mostly preparing for Tornadoes, hail, and expanding clay.

Note to self, move #2 to the bottom of the list.........

Mainly 7 day supply of food and water, then working on 1 month in the event of an unexpected crisis where a dash to Walmart would be riot!
If it takes hot water to cook or comes out of a can and I don't have to hear my wife gripe about it I will stock it. Would not want to inconvenience her!

Im ready for martial law, but i guess everything i have for that would cover a fallout too. I think something that most people are forgetting to get is real trip wire....

My apologies. I completely forgot to include zombie attack to the list. LOL.

If we've got to deal with zombies then I'm hoping for the fast running zombies. Those slow ones from the 70's don't look like much of a challenge at all. But the updated version, now those look like a challenging target practice session to me.

I fear the EMP. And giant insects. But mostly the EMP.

Preparing for that one is definitely a tough one.
