    Default old scope-German ?

    I picked this up a few years ago at a garage sale and have been Googling it to no avail.Anyone have any ideas on make,age,or country ? Says fest on one side of lever,says lose on other side of lever.Also has 9923 stamped on lever. [IMG][IMG]
