I can understand the bad customer service turning folks off along with the higher prices turning people away.

I joined s my wife would take practice and no just put her new sig in the safe and leave it there. Our experience has been good relative to the range. The range masters are not over bearing and helpful with advice. Sign up has never been a problem for us even when they had 6 lanes. The new facility is awesome. The range membership isn't cheap, but its close and my wife likes it. She goes to ladies night there which is free with a class. She talked one of her friends into joining.

Store prices are high, but they do have sales now and then that make the prices reasonable on ammo and accessories. I only buy there during a big sale. Otherwise I buy elsewhere

Sorry you guys had a bad experience and there never is an excuse for bad service. It has been good for us for what were looking for. A close nice range an we are prepared to pay a little more for the convenience

I have only shot there once (in the past), and bought ammo for the gun at the same time. Guys were cool to me!

Since then I started manufacturing guns, I always walk in looking rugged; because I work a lot. Never alluded to being a manufacture, and they have always been cool! I have been there several times, never been talked down to nor, looked at in a wrong way. I can honestly say I have never seen them talk down to anyone, and always nice cool guys.

Now from the other side of things; as a manufacture, (and them buying rifles from me), I have had the opportunity to get behind the counter and observe them. They are cool guys, answering peoples questions, and very respectful!

The newest facility is beyond belief, and one amazing top of the line place!! Best I have seen in Colorado, or anywhere else period! I can not speak from the point of being a member, and if it is hard to get in to shoot though.

Will you ever sold few out of spec AR lowers and refused to refund your customer? This is despite the fact that their own guy was trying to show me how to install the LPK and failed miserably because few things were out of specs.

My friend bought a firearm during the 2013 panic, called to confirm prices and it was $35ish. When the firearm arrived the prices were changed $65 (i don't remember the exact prices), no notice on the doors. Would not "work" with him, and he was not a new customer.

Firearms arrive from FFLs, takes them weeks to enter everything and for them to call you.

TNT I'd rather shoot outdoors, deal with a smaller shop where they care about returning customers.

I'm sorry some of you have been treated poorly there. I'm sad to hear that.
We decided to check it out, and were very up front about our expectations vs. the shabby treatment we received at another facility. They gave us a tour of the facility. It's incredibly impressive!

It's well-lit. Clean. It smelled good. There are many classrooms, and a conference room. Many types of training. Women are not second-class citizens there. The range itself was vey nice and the range masters were extremely helpful and not cocky jerks showing off for their buddies. It's close by.

We had a very good experience, and will go back there because of that.

I'm a member at Centennial Gun Club. It's a nice place to shoot if you shoot 2-3 times a month; well worth the money in my opinion. The people there I have dealt with have always been courteous. I would never advise anyone to buy a gun there as their prices are well above the normal street prices. The only time I have bought a gun there is when they have a sale. Ammo prices are a little high, but not obnoxious. Just my two cents.

I stopped in there today because I had the free hour coupon. The lady at the counter for the range was extremely nice and called me by name throughout my time at the range. The RO was nice, let me know they had a free contest and let me participate.

However, when I walked around the store nobody helped me for the first 15 min. Finally someone helped me and interrupts me asking a question and starts talking to someone that was leaving (High ups from some manufacturer). He carries on that conversation for a few minutes, and then I just walked away.

I will return for their range as it was the nicest range ive been to, but I wont spend a penny for retail.

I joined a week ago for the range. Definitely the nicest one around and only 20 minutes from my house. I've found the people there to be friendly and solid in their knowledge base.

I haven't shot at the new facility, but I went there pretty regularly when I was working out of South Denver. Probably went about ten times in four months. Every time, the range crew were very nice to me and my guests, the experience was pleasant, and they were NFA friendly. I thought their pricing model appeared to be on the high side of retail, but I also thought their range fees were reasonable, and they were pretty flexible with what constituted an hour when the range wasn't packed. I'd shoot there again.
Math is tough. Let's go shopping!
