    Default Restaurant + Liquor License Downtown 40k

    I just a call from an old friend who's retiring. She has a franchise restaurant on 6th and Speer blvd, downtown denver, that she must let go for personal reason.

    The place has liquor license and is busy during lunch time. Being semi retired, she doesnt have time to expand it for dinner etc etc.

    40k.. asset, lease, workers if must and liquor lic. transfer! Price is almost too good to be true!! PM me for disclosures etc before I can forward income and other details!
