I just a call from an old friend who's retiring. She has a franchise restaurant on 6th and Speer blvd, downtown denver, that she must let go for personal reason.

The place has liquor license and is busy during lunch time. Being semi retired, she doesnt have time to expand it for dinner etc etc.
