I think OP is referring to http://maps.google.com/maps?oe=UTF-8...09645&t=h&z=17

It's small and sometimes full with teenagers who shoot shotguns in multiple direction. Best time to go would be during weekdays in the mornings. There are 3 ranges within couple miles of it and usually the rest are not as crowded as this one.

Ok, I've been there before on a few occasions, camping and pic-nicking in that area as well. Where are the other shooting areas near there that you mention?

Second this. I was there this morning with my BIL and nephew. It was good until about 10:00am when cars poured in - it is really small. Only good for about 50 yards. Not a bad place for pistols, but waaayyy too close to the road for skeet.

That's the place. We went on a Thursday, around noon. Spent a few hours shooting and only ran into one other gentlemen who spend about a 1/2 hour with us. Where are the other spots at?

If its the place I'm thinking about it is really small (as said). I doubt its even 50 yds, pretty much good for pistol only.
I believe there is another place that is about a 1/2 mile south of there same side of road, but it is pretty small too.
Need a place I can fire up the AR.

I like Harris Park. You can open up to a little over 100 yards. Expect to see a lot of people, though.
