Default Ben Lomand Gun Blub Open House

12 June is BLGC's annual Open House. The club is open to everyone, members and non-members. There will be representatives from the various shooting clubs that utilize BLGC there with courses of fire for everyone to try out. If you've ever wanted to check out the range, this is a good day to do it. Most of the board will be there and lots of blasting will be going on. There will be a USPSA stage set up, and there are typically a cowboy stage, blackpowder shooting, sporting clays, and long range rifle shooting with the various discipline's represented by members of the clubs.

I should be out there in the morning, and hopefully Cha-lee and a few other high-speed-low-drag shooters from the HPPS club. If you come out and want to try out the various types of shooting games, bring your gear and some ammo. If you haven't seen the range and live within driving distance, you really should come out and see what you are missing.
Mom's comin' 'round to put it back the way it ought to be.

X2! I love the place! Grandson and I were there Saturday, and (as usual) had a 100 yd. range all to ourselves for 6 hours or so, until it got dark. I'm not into crowds and events much, we just like to go and hang by ourselves, never had a problem having a range all alone.

I might go to the Open House if I can get there alone, the g-kid probably wouldn't like it. I'll have to ask him.

I see the new clubhouse is under construction too! That's gonna be cool. Hope it has a real bathroom!

    BLGC memeber Littleton Chapter

I am planning on heading out for the open house as well, this is one of the best ranges I have shot at and the dues are not bad at all. I almost always have a pistol burm to myself for a 300rd string of fire, never had any company shooting at the hand trap area either.
