I'm binge watching Banshee on amazon, hoping to get at least S2 in before end of sunday. TWD 90 min mid-season ending will probably put a damper on it.

Daughter made mom turn off The Good Son. Said they shouldn't show that movie to kids, and what if they got bad ideas from the movie? I promised to help her make a Mr. Highway of her own.

We've recently watched American Ultra, Ex Machina , and No Escapse.

American Ultra was pretty funny and I felt worth the watch.

Ex Machina was very good, but I thought I had the surprise ending down from the first scene and watched he entire movie from that perspective. Then it never turned out the way I thought (they never do). I want to watch it again because I was so disappointed that I wasn't right about the plot it feels like I was disappointed in the move, but I don't think that is the case.

No Escape was awesome! Straight forward, you know what is going to happen. My wife cried through the entire movie because she is worried about something like that happening here. I think it was mostly the timing with recent events. We put our little one to bed before all the movies except for No Escape, and of the three, that one is really the one she shouldn't have watched. It terriefied our daughter.

I really enjoyed it, very cool sci-fi movie. Free on Prime too!

Anybody watching "The Man in the High Castle"? Not a movie, but a series on Amazon Prime. Interesting concept - the premise is that the U.S. lost WWII. The eastern U.S. is under nazi control, the western U.S. Is under Japanese control, and the central U.S. is a "Neutral zone". Pretty entertaining so far.

Read the book, and it will probably make a better series than it would a book.
