Saw Mag 7 the other night-I usually don"t care for remakes but I like Denzel so it wasn't bad.

The wife and I went and saw Deepwater Horizon last night. Really made me hate BP even more for their repeated lack of safety for their employees and contractors (they got several people killed in Texas City, TX years ago for lax safety standards). Otherwise, great movie, lots of excitement, Marky Mark was good, and Kurt Russell was great. I'm glad they focused on the heroism instead of the environmental stuff that followed. Peter Berg is good at making the story about the people and not the politics.

It's a measure of the civility in this country that no ones seems to fear constantly pissing off the people who own lots of guns.

Dr. Strange was fantastic. We did not go to the 3D presentation, and it was still amazing to watch. The FX are very impressive!

I may wait until it makes it to HBO or Showtime or whatever.

I'm an ex comic book collector and a superhero junkie but never was a big fan of Dr. Strange.

Whoops, you're right! Doctor Strange, not Dr. Strange.

Watching "Into The Woods" from 2014. The preview is fantastic, but I thought I remembered it got terrible reviews. I suggested as much to my wife, but was immediately shot down by her and baby. Well, 20 minutes in and this is terrible. TERRIBLE! It's a musical; clearly a musical adapted to film. Hated it..
