I watched Total Recall the other night- badass... I'm in the camp that believes the original really wasn't that good. The 3-boob chick in the new one is way hot! And of course, my love Kate Beckinsale looking as gorgeous as ever... She could kick my ass any day!

    "The Day" = "It Sucks"

Pretty bad movie, and it was <90 minutes for $6.99 on PPV. It's a post apocalyptic theme which attracted me, but it just didn't click with me in the end.

Just watched chernobyl diaries and I liked it. It was decently scary but it won't make you piss your pants or anything, but the best part is the location. I've always been fascinated with churnobyl and many other deserted or forgotten places I would love to go to Chernobyl and also centralia PA

Is that another found footage movie?

In other news... I saw the new Red Dawn, not as good as the original, but it was well worth it! Very action packed and that Adrienne Palicki is a total babe!

Ok, what is GLaDOS? It does have Charlie "Jax Teller" Hunam in it, and it does look like a mindless, fun, action flick. It almost looks like Robot Jox meets Cloverfield. I might see it just to kill a couple hours.

GLaDOS is a character from the Portal franchise of video games. Her name stands for Genetic Lifeform and Disk Operating System. It is, basically, a rogue AI that treats the player like a lab rat, while constantly verbally abusing you.

Anybody seen The Hobbit yet? I watched it at a matinee yesterday. I'm a huge Tolkien fan and really enjoyed all the Peter Jackson movies, including this one. I was stoked about a movie that focuses more on the dwarfs of Middle Earth, rather than some of it's larger creatures. The movie started off a little slow, but the action picked up, and the scenery didn't fail to please. I like how they added some of the "assumed sub-plots" that weren't really in the book. Now another year until part deux...

I'd probably give it a 9/10 just because the sounds was a bit off in the theater. It may have been the spot I was sitting, but certain dialogues were a little hard to hear. Bubba next to me, slurppin on his big gulp and nachos, probably didn't help much.
