    I've recently seen the following:

"Life of Pi" I loved this movie. I liked the book when I read it about two months ago. This is one of those rare "the movie is really close to the book" movies.

"Zero Dark Thirty" Very good, but it's really not a "war" movie, if that's what you're looking for. I thought it was really well done. Who knows how close to reality it is. It was refreshing that it didn't glorify the Pretender in Chief (Obummer).

"Erased" I balked at getting this one on PPV because it's $10.99. I guess they justify it because it's an "advanced screening". The wife and I had the evening to ourselves so I figured I splurge and get it..... Good CIA/spy movie. The teenager in this movie is so fucking annoying...just like teenagers in real life.
"Evil Dead" Yes, the original! It was on PPV and I couldn't resist. Freaking classic from '81 I think.

EDIT: Almost forgot "No Country for Old Men" I freaking love this movie. I watched it with the closed captioning on for the first time and picked up lots of lines that were lost the other times I watched it. I'm just not that familiar with that supper heavy Texas accent.

I thought the raid sequence wasn't that well done in "Zero Dark Thirty", but I agree, it was pretty good and didn't deify the anointed one.
I Freaking love the original Evil Dead! Probably why I'm reluctant to see the new one, the original was cheesy, campy and fun, the new one looks like none of those.
