It makes a big difference if the gun is a Colt made with Argentine markings or an Argentine made 1911 using the Colt supplied machinery.

Does it have DGFM FMAP on the side with 1927 and 11.29mm showing?
If so, the level of original condition, matching barrel, frame and slide SN all make a difference in value. Need some good pictures to guess the value.

If it is the Argentine made with DGFM FMAP mod 1927 on it, they are well made and reliable.

All parts are interchangeable with 1911a1 s.

Make sure its a Sistema 1927. Those are parts interchangeable with 1911a1's. I have one of those and it is a great shooter. I had a smith put a combat hammer & trigger on it, throating and such.

There are a few other models which are good but not 1911a1's. There's the Ballester Molina also known to some as the Ballerina Molester) and the Ballester Riguad.
