Nice place to shoot shotguns at. But for pistol and rifle, so-so at best.

I let my membership expire last Dec. Limited hours and in addition to annual dues you had to pay $4 each time you wanted to shoot at a 200 yd range. The pistol berm has since been reworked but was limited to just shooting at one target in a lane.
    will work for:
    bullets primers & brass

I was a member at Izaac Walton for many years until I switched to Frontier Sportsmans....

Izaac's is the place for trap and skeet... not so much for pistol and rifle...
    At least for me...
Only like 10 bays (?) or so for pistol and all at varying ranges - no informal pistol range.
    Same for rifle...
Now - they may have made additions since I was a member - so...

I always felt a bit crowded when there were more than just a few on the line 'cause the pistol bays are pretty close together.

Plus... they charge for an annual membership AND daily fees.

I've been there a few times and was never too particularly fond of what I saw. The price definitely keeps me away. While it's not too pricey (comparatively speaking), there are other places I can go that will meet my needs just as well and won't cost me as much, or (even better) might cost me a bit more but meet my needs much better than Izaac Walton's (aka Pikes Peak Gun Club) such as Frontier Sportsmans if I am ever so inclined.

The sad thing is that I drive by this place (and VERY close to Dragon Man's; i.e. "DM's") twice every work day. I really wish it did meet my needs better.

It's a shame it hasn't improved. I was a member 15 or 16 years ago. It was a shotgun club and the other stuff was tolerated. I lost when the pistol/rifle area was only open one day for over a month. They were having field shotgun so too bad.

I joined Ben Lomond and it so cool back then to go a place with plenty of space.
