    Default Signals/Camo 9/26 Denver survival Co-op

    Topic: Signaling and camo

    Location: Crown hill park in Lakewood park near Wheatridge senior high school and walk the trail directly south of the ball field till you hit water there's a gazebo with a picnic table.

    CCW: The park does not allow open carry. Please park on holland street next to the high school.

    Time: Sunday Sept 26th 9am sharp-10:45

    Gear required: 1 Open mind, dress for the elements

    Optional gear: Lawn chair, note book, your wistle, your mirror etc, super duper camo shirts to test, binoculars.

    Cost: $0 (donations are accepted)

    The lake is .25miles across and .5 miles long, two volunteers will be going to the opposite side of the lake and signals/camo used at those distances. For simplicity camo is going to be shirts only.

    I carry a flashing firework that we will be unable to test due to open space rules.

    Camo to test
    -woodland
    -black
    -navy blue
    -realtree

    Signals
    -3 different whistles
    -signal mirror
    -polished altoids tin
    -marking tape
    -hunters orange vest
    -red shirt

    No worries, nobody showed which was kind of a blessing since I wasn't looking forward to hobbling a mile on my recently cracked right foot.
