I wanted to take the whole thing for a "walk". Let her stretch her legs a bit.
"I feel sorry for people who don't drink. When they wake up in the morning, that's as good as they're going to feel all day."
Here is a video from October where I had a UH-60 land in between Warren Tech North and Arvada West for my Emergency Management class. It was our week of Military Support in EM. The video does not do justice the flyover that was done. Thanks to the guys from the 2-135th at Buckley.
The first pic is of WB-57. One of two NASA owns for High Altitude Research. For the Return to Flight Space Shuttle Mission after the Columbia Tragedy, this plane was flying at 65,000' or so taking video of the Shuttle to monitor for debris. This is in the hanger where the last Shuttle Crew did their press conference upon to return to JSC. This pic was taken the same day as that press conference. I was down there flying on the Reduced Gravity Plane with the NASA Education Program. The second pic is of the Zero G Corporation place that we flew on. And yes Reduced Gravity is pretty awesome.
