If your staying urban go with the car living. Easy to do. Sadly did it in a Jeep wrangler before (sorest body parts ever, suggest an explorer or suburban.) If your going rural or into the hills the yurt kicks an extraordinary amount of ass if you can hold up a certain amount of time.
