I fished at Bear Creek Lake before... you have better luck bringing home a pelican for dinner than fish.

The best part about red feathers is when you take a hut and block out the outside light. You can see the fish as they take the bait. No sonar needed!
What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving.
Might have to try it this year. How thick is the ice?

We ice fish up at Red Feather and in WY.
Waking up at 5am to head to Jefferson. I'll report back when i get home.

That's my favorite part of ice fishing. What I HATE is watching the fish bump the bait but not bite it.
As Mtn Man said about 11 Mile, anything more than about 8 ft deep you start to get really milky water and can't see into too well.
So, anyone know how thick the ice is at either Antero or 11 Mile?
