On 92nd and Washington (actually Eppinger and Washington) in Thornton, a small family BBQ place opened up called Lil John's BBQ. They have AMAZING bbq food. Apparently Backdraft BBQ came in secretly and tasted their stuff, called a half hour or so later and complemented them on their food. Give em a try if you're up north. Great prices.
Moved thread to next to recipe thread in the survival forum and stuck.

Went to Melting Pot for a pre-valentine's day dinner, last thursday. A little pricey but great food, lots of fun, and great ambiance. It was my first time there and would definitely recommend it
we normally go there at least every other weekend, and have gone there the last 3 Saturdays in a row, lol. I normally get the #1 (1/2 rack ribs and Smoked beef), it's always been AWESOME, this past Saturday I got the #2 (1/2 rack ribs and Smoked Pork), the Pork was a bit dry, and not nearly as good as the beef, may not get that again. In the even that I get burnt out on the #1 (not likely), they cook a REALLY good steak.
