I know of the one in the Springs, one South of I70 off of Quebec, and a new one just built near Arapahoe and Parker.
Yeah, I know I've been to the one on Quebec. Tastes like every other barbeque I've ever had.

Don't know if anyone posted about The Athenian yet. It's Greek on Iliff and Chambers (SE Corner). Little pricey, Soon-to-be wife and I went there, with appetizer and dessert was $60. Really awesome Gyro meet and amazing fried custard. We actually got a really big sampler platter and two desserts so it will probable be a little cheaper normally. Lived down the road from it for 3 years and now I can't wait to get it again.
If you like Vietnamese try, New Saigon! Amazingly good and cheap!

I always have liked GERMANO's in South Denver
I've said it once, but i'll say it again, BIG fan of Rudy's. I've also heard good things about the firehouse, still need to try it.
Tuscany Tavern is pretty decent. My mom/our paint store did all the painting in there.
Back in the day, my favourite pizza was up in that neck of the woods, too. Guido's in Genessee.
The Wildflower Cafe in downtown Evergreen was always awesome breakfast too

Santa Fe Bar & Tavern at Santa Fe and 13th in Denver. Good tasting food, good prices on food, decent prices on drinks.
