Serious though, it's not cheap but one of those things every Colorado resident should do at least once. We went there for our anniversary a couple of years ago and had a fantastic time. Try to eat a many different things as you can and don't go for the usual cuts of meat or even types of meat for that matter. They have some exotic meats the likes of which you won't get anywhere else so go that route. Once you're done with eating head upstairs to see one of the oldest bars in the country that was shipped over from Germany some hundreds of years ago. It's also pretty cool to see Colorado state liquor license #1 hanging on the wall behind it. Have the bar tender mix you up and old fashioned and then chat you up with all the history he knows about the place. While our meal was a great I found that our experience upstairs with the bartender was probably the highlight of our visit.
