We eat Pho about twice a month now, and mostly have been going to Andrew's place, Pho 88 on 104th and Federal. However, I just recently found a place at 74th and Federal called Pho 79 (I think it is 79) and I like them better because they use less broth and significantly more meat and filling. Where is Pho 95?

Pho 95 in Southglenn mall is dirty as hell. I havent been to the one on Federal for long time - But if it's under the same management, I would stay away.

I've lived in Bailey for 20 years. There's a place in Marshdale (between Conifer and Evergreen) called "The Bistro".
The only time I've ever been there was about 1992 or 93 when another deputy and I dragged the chef out of the kitchen, kickin' and screamin' and fightin' the whole way, because he'd beat the hell out of his wife before going to work. Quite the entertainment for the diners.
Anyway, it's a fairly upscale place and I've never eaten there. Until last night. Some friends took the wife and I out for my 50th bday for dinner.
It was absolutely fantastic. The atmosphere, the drinks the service and especially the meal. I had something called the "Eggplant Stack". It was eggplant with other vegetables covered with cheese and some kind of fairly spicy tomato on top of a bed of pasta. One of the top 3 meals I've ever had at a restaurant in my life. And I've eaten all over the world. The meals weren't expensive but they were on the higher end of average. My entree was $18.50 I think and it was one of the less expensive on the menu. Worth every penny.
I'm gonna have to try some of those BBQ joints mentioned in the other posts...I love BBQ. Serious Texas BBQ in Loveland is my favorite right now. But I've never tried those other places.
