Yeah, I know I've been to the one on Quebec. Tastes like every other barbeque I've ever had.

Don't know if anyone posted about The Athenian yet. It's Greek on Iliff and Chambers (SE Corner). Little pricey, Soon-to-be wife and I went there, with appetizer and dessert was $60. Really awesome Gyro meet and amazing fried custard. We actually got a really big sampler platter and two desserts so it will probable be a little cheaper normally. Lived down the road from it for 3 years and now I can't wait to get it again.
America bar & grill used to be our back office. The Athenian is right behind the parking lot. It has been there for at least 8 years - and nope I have never tried them. Now that you said it, maybe this weekend!
I think American Bar and Grill has some pretty good wings and burgers too.
If you like Vietnamese try, New Saigon! Amazingly good and cheap!

Wings...
O'Furry's (on Filmore) in Colorado Spring has some of the best wings in C.S. - IMHO (also - used to have them on sale on Saturdays?)
Carlos Miguels - good Yucatan stye Mexican food - (If you like spicy...try the Camarones el Yucatecos - shrimp with habenero cream sauce)

I'll throw my hat in on this one
Food + Beer - The Bull and Bush has been nothing but good so far.
Wings - The Irish hound, they are crazy good, not very spicy though
Hippie food - Mod Market has been good stuff, and the quality is top notch.
Pho - I have like Pho Duy, there are two, but I've only been to the one on Federal.
Steak - the Neighborhood Resturant in Arvada has been really good, and its an out of the way locals only type of place. They have a peppercorn steak thats one of my wifes favorite things.
Bakery - Rhinelander Bakery FTW.
I actually tried Famous Dave's for the second time, in the Springs this weekend. It was actually better than I remember. Still not quite Hickory House, but good enough i'll likely go back in the near future.
Went here on Friday for the first time

Food was a lot better than I thought it would be. I expected that kinda crappy, kinda awesome mom and pop place food, and it was a lot better than that. Nice that they have a lot of options for gluten free and non meat dishes

I know this thread is old as hell but try pho duy next to the kfc on federal. the place is usually packed with locals around lunch and dinner time but that is always a good sign. if anyone likes Japanese food try kiki's on colorado blvd. many items under or right around ten dollars. this isn't the typical tempura, sushi and teriyaki place. It has authentic Japanese home style dishes at a reasonable price and the head cook is actually Japanese! something rare in Colorado.
