I've been in and out of Specialty quite a few times and it has been hit and miss WRT customer service. The most recent time (the time I swore off going back) I had a recoil spring I wanted to replace. This is for an unusual pistol so I asked if they could order it. Answer - NO. I then asked if they would field strip a Sig P226 and let me see if the spring is the same. They wouldn't give me the time of day after that and the counter guy made a point of ignoring me and helping the gang banger wannabees instead of answering my question.

I realize that I wasn't making them any money on this visitl, but would it have been so hard to let me compare springs? I've spent a lot of money there on reloading components over the years (which should buy me some courtesy) but I'm done shopping there.
