Aww man, come on. You guys keep this up and you're going to make me drink the 260 kool-aid. Im just starting to figure out my untac-tacular 308 and longer distance shooting as it is.
Mom's comin' 'round to put it back the way it ought to be.
Anyone that thinks war is good is ignorant. Anyone that thinks war isn't needed is stupid.
308 here.
I like to keep everything pretty much standardized and seeing how I don't reload no point in getting extravagant.

The .260 has been my go-to long-range cartridge since 2006 because of its great ballistics, relatively long barrel life, low recoil, and relatively low cost. I've also been shooting a 7mm RM for a couple years, and it's a laser. I'm going to add a .243 to the stable shooting the DTACs pretty soon.
.50BMG in a single shot AMAC.
Most of my stuff is specialty pistols--
17 Fireball XP
22 BR XP
20 BR XP
225 WIN Savage Tgt. Action
22-250 Savage Super Striker
243 WSSM Savage Striker
6.5 WSM XP
7-270 WSM XP
(got a 25 SAUM XP coming soon--can't wait on that one)
Also have a Ruger Charger tricked out a bit for prairie dogs to~250 or so--funnest gun in the bunch IMO!
