    Two AIAWs, two Savages, and shortly another Stevens will be getting a 260 barrel. You're welcome to shoot mine anytime.

    Aww man, come on. You guys keep this up and you're going to make me drink the 260 kool-aid. Im just starting to figure out my untac-tacular 308 and longer distance shooting as it is.

    308 here.
    I like to keep everything pretty much standardized and seeing how I don't reload no point in getting extravagant.
    The most important thing to be learned from those who demand "Equality For All" is that all are not equal...

    The .260 has been my go-to long-range cartridge since 2006 because of its great ballistics, relatively long barrel life, low recoil, and relatively low cost. I've also been shooting a 7mm RM for a couple years, and it's a laser. I'm going to add a .243 to the stable shooting the DTACs pretty soon.

    20 BR XP
    225 WIN Savage Tgt. Action
    22-250 Savage Super Striker
    243 WSSM Savage Striker
    6.5 WSM XP
    7-270 WSM XP
    (got a 25 SAUM XP coming soon--can't wait on that one)

    Also have a Ruger Charger tricked out a bit for prairie dogs to~250 or so--funnest gun in the bunch IMO!
