    Default Gunsmith recommendation

Is there a specific gun smith that you would recommend?

I want to get my y-comp removed and install, tap, and weld (if necessary) a phantom flash hider.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Thx

I just took a shot gun to TJ Gunsmithing in Aurora. I have never used them before and I don't have my gun back yet, but they were friendly and seem to have good prices. I think they just opened up. I'll let you know.. oh, they are on Buckley Rd between Alameda and Mississippii.

Well I just got my Franchi and AK back from TJ's and I'm VERY happy with the price. The turn around time was almost 3 weeks. Considering what had to be done, that is a lot bit on the long side, but I wasn't in a rush for getting either back. Don't know if they'd hurry up if you asked, but ya never know.

Good enough place, may have Tim put me together a new AR if he can come up with a good price.

Get a hold of Circuits in his forum towards the bottom, Richard Stone Custom Guns. He's in Colo. Spgs but he does black rifle work. I had him "un-ban" my SAR1. Great work, quick turn around.

I know he works on AKs and ARs. I don't know if he would work on a SPAS12. Only way to know is to ask him.
