In the business world it is called good will meaning what the business brings in and how much profit. It is not uncommon to sell just the business but keep the building and land. Many sell for millions of dollars and all you get is the business not anything else. In K2's case there is no business so all they have is building and land.Originally Posted by Gman

Which is why I had asked the question. K2's business was providing the facility. Their sale is explicitly 'asset only'.

Just got an email from the realtor K2 gos into foreclosure june 7th. Public trustee is going to ask 1.9 mil for it.
I hope somebody with half a brain picks it up and reopens it.
