    Default Howdy from Montana

I'm going to be retiring soon and we are moving back home to Colorado, Nathrop to be exact. I'm new to owning the AR rifles, shot them and inventoried them a lot in the military, but never owned one until recently.
I hope you guys don't mind noobe questions about the AR.

I shoot alot of black powder rifles, glock and sig pistols and just love pre model S&Ws.

Thanks Gman for sending me over here this seems like a very good site.

Looking forward to moving home and getting to attend your AR shoots. Sounds like a great time.

For now all the ARs I own are a Colt HBar and a Bushmaster M4A3 type carbine.

    Where abouts in Montana?

I grew up on the high-line (in Malta and Havre), graduated high school in Helena, and graduated college in Butte.

Now I am just another import into Colorado.

Ruger - I'm in Great Falls. Havre is having a gun show this weekend if the weather is good I may go up there.

I don't have an AR and have no plans to get one in the forseeable future, so it's no biggie. Welcome to the club and soon, Colorado

    Do I get a "finder's fee"?

It's good to see you here, Mike! Looking forward to meeting you at a shoot in the not-too-distant future. 8)

No Gman, no finders fee ... but if he doesn't share his toys at his first shoot, you get to catch a ton of grief!

    Welcome aboard!
