Also there is the 3 round limit even if they were allowed since it might be considered a shot gun.

Aw see, that kills it. Take a two shot 410 darringer instead.

I saw they are coming out with a long gun based on the Judge. It has that old west revolving action set up with a six round capacity. The article I read mentioned it will have three removable plugs if you ever want to try hunting with it.
