    Really is a shame.

I bought a Model 94 around 20 yrs ago because my two uncles had one. And each of those were well used guns that kept on tickn'. Paid like $140 for it at a sporting goods store going out of business. But it's probably the closest thing I have to a safe queen, I just don't shoot it often. And I don't think I've ever actually killed anything with it although I have taken it hunting a couple, three times.

Winchester is set to close there doors in just a few days and the prices have already started to go through the roof on new and used Winchesters.

I saw rifles that a year ago were selling for $550 new are now listed with Buy It Now prices set over $1200 but Reserve Not Met. Maybe these folks are just getting anxious to make some bank but I bet they will all be collector's items very soon.

Remeber all those commeratives in the model 94 that were already priced in the thousands? Maybe the rest of the 94's will get there.

I'm still hoping someone will pick them up to be the new manufacturer. Winchester does have poven reliable designs.
I say lets all remove the warning labels and let nature take its course.

I was really sorry to hear about this. I own several Winchesters that will no longer be made 1300, 70, and a 94. Geuss I should have bought a few more.
