Default How to clean stainless steel

I have a stainless steal bolt carrier and bolt that i got out of an Yugo AK.

I guess through use, it has been turned almost black really kinda nasty looking, how do i get it shiny silver, so that it will actually look good in my ak?

I'm haveing a senior moment, and I can't think of the name of it. Silver and Blue tube, You can get it a SW, there in the cleaning suppy isle, and of course I'm out of it so I have no clue.

I used it on My old Ruger SS SuperBlackhawk in .44Mag after I had shot about 500 rnds through it. Needless to say, it didn't look SS anymore. Usd that stuff, cleaned it up so well, I need sunglasses to look at it. Used it on the bolt in My SKS also, did a decent job on that.

If the memory jogs enough, I'll let You know the name of it. ops:

    Flitz polish?

    I have had good success with a little Hoppe's #9 and a phosphor-bronze brush.
