no way you are thinking on too small a scale.
I would walk in and just say: "I would like to buy it". the desk guy would be like, "what". me: "yes I would like to buy it...the store...I am going to buy it, so go get your owner"

I SOOOOO wanted to do that when Shootin Den was up for sale here in the Springs 2 years ago, but I didn't have to guts to make the jump from working IT on a .gov contract to owning and running a gun store.

buying guns is like being hook on crack, you can never get enought. Once you keep going, you can never stop.
