im kinda curious as to why inmates arent at rampart range once a week, cleaning that shit up? Inmates are good for one thing, and thats work, so put em to it.

I can see how inmates and shooters together could be a problem, heres the solution.... post a sign at the range one month prior to engagement of the plan, that the range will be closed wednesdays, from 6am-12pm, or whatever. that way the inmates have free reign to clean and the shooters wont be bothered by inmates runnin around pickin stuff up.

I'm serious... anyone see a downside?
