    Default How much snow ?

Are we going to have to trudge through a foot of snow at the shoot Sat.? I'll will probably still go if someone else will be there. It'll be my first time at a shoot so, I gather it's a bit of a walk to the spot where we shoot ? If anyone lives up around the North Arvada area and wants a ride I have room in my Quad-Cab pickup truck for three people. Just let me know ASAP and we'll make a plan. I spent the weekend at 6200 elevation and about 50 miles north. There was only snow on north facing slopes and not much at that. Given the site is higher, around 7000, not particularly north facing, and another week to melt, I'd guess we won't see alot.
Maybe someone who lives at that elevation has more local info.
Maybe there's a webcam somewhere nearby (Allens Park, Estes, Nederland?) you can take a peek at.

You have about 150 yards to walk, which is what the minimum from roads you have to be to be able to shoot on forest land.

There's a 3 or 4 foot high hump you have to get over right at the road though, but it's definitely not a long walk.

I was thinking more like this storm we're getting tonight and Friday?

You kind of have to understand 7 and Karl, If they don't [poke] each other at least once a week, they go into convulsions and start drooling uncontrolably. [wink]
