    It's a 3500 model; 440 watts, 120 volts, 60 Hz. I haven't a clue on the amp draw. I'm just a lowly chemist in training.

    It does have the heater and blower. If you want to lower the amp draw, I would look at the models that don't have the built in timer. This model does not have the timer.

    Well, I didn't blow anything up in my first pressure canning. Guess thats a good start.
